Her visionary leadership has been instrumental in driving the mission of Renoxx Caregivers, Inc. towards providing comprehensive support to individuals and families.

At Renoxx Caregivers, Inc., Nkiruka oversees a range of essential programs aimed at enhancing the lives of many in the community. These programs include Intensive Individual Support Services (IISS), Respite Care, Therapeutic Integration services, Family Consultation, and Adult Life Planning.
Notably, the organization's Therapeutic Integration services started with two centers located in Lanham and Silver Spring, Maryland, USA, providing accessible and inclusive environments for individuals with disabilities but have grown to Seven centers in the DMV area.

In addition to her role at Renoxx Caregivers, Nkiruka Ucheya serves as the Administrator of other crucial programs, including the Community First Choice nursing home care program and the Owner of an Early learning child care center program.
She is the CEO of Prime Consulting, a business development and interior design consulting firm. Her multifaceted responsibilities underscore her broad expertise and unwavering commitment to addressing the diverse managerial processes.
